Criterion founders Fiona Sperry and Alex Ward’s Three Fields Entertainment has a new CTO and its Paul Ross. The Criterion veteran was with the company for 18 years before joining his colleagues at their new studio. Three Fields currently has 10 employees, all of which are former Criterion members.
