Yo-kai Watch was back on top of the Media Create charts for Golden Week, after being bested the week prior by the debut of Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment.
Yo-kai Watch moved an additional 62,777 units bringing its lifetime total to 860,824 on 3DS. Mario Golf World Tour debuted in second place on 3DS with 49,889 units sold, and Child of Light debuted on PS4 with 7,807 units moved.
Touch Detective Rising 3 was also new for the week, and moved 8,190 on 3DS.

On the hardware side of things, 3DS had a rather good week with 31,979 units sold, up the prior week from 27,914. PS3 saw a significant jump from 6,726 units to 9,252, as did Wii U with 8,079 compared to 5,710 the week prior.
Other formats saw slight increases, with PlayStation 4 the only console to see a decline over the previous period.
All in all, it was a rather uneventful period for retail during Golden Week, which seems to becoming a trend when you look at numbers from last year.
