FIFA 15’s place-holder box art leaked yesterday, and it featured a sticker that suggested the game’s Ultimate Team Legends content will be exclusive to Xbox One and 360. EA’s just confirmed that it’s true.
UPDATE:
To clarify the matter, an EA spokesperson told Eurogamer, “We’re not talking about FUT 15 just yet but yes, Legends will continue to be only on Xbox platforms.”

Anyway, the information comes to us through the football game’s boxart posted on Amazon as well as GAME. We’ve posted the temporary boxart shown on Amazon below.
Not all game features will be “available on all gaming platforms,” EA has stated.
Ultimate Team Legends allows players collect legendary stars of football throughout its history for Ultimate Team mode.
Legendary players from FIFA 14 included: Dennis Bergkamp,Luis Figo, Ruud Gullit, Gary Lineker, Pavel Nedved,Pelé,Romario and Patrick Vieira (thanks CVG).
FIFA 15 releases September 23 in North America and September 26 in Europe on 3DS, PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Wii, Vita, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
