Destiny beta players will get to see more of Earth and beyond than were featured in the alpha, if we’re correctly interpreting a couple of teasing references from Bungie.
The Destiny beta will include a couple of locations, Bungie apparently confirmed in a tweet, showing off a screenshot of one such destination.
The screenshot had previously been published in the company’s weekly update along with a second unknown location. It doesn’t seem unreasonable to assume the two are a pair, and that both locations will be available in the beta. Take a look at the screens below.
Additionally, MP1st reports coordinates found on the Destiny Beta website point to the Moon. The Moon was available as a crucible map in the alpha, but was not explorable, unfortunately.
The Destiny Beta kicks off on PlayStation 3 and PS4 on July 17, and opens to Xbox 360 and Xbox One shortly thereafter. The only guaranteed mode of entry is via pre-ordering.
