Murdered: Soul Suspect and Dark Void developer Airtight Games has confirmed it will close just weeks after launching its latest game to a lukewarm reception.
UPDATE:
Confirmation came from the studio’s Twitter feed last night, and one former employee also suggested that the firm started laying off staff as early as January of this year.
Thanks to all of the fans, family, friends and colleagues who supported us and made the last 10 years possible.

ORIGINAL STORY:
As you can see from our Murdered: Soul Suspect review round-up, the game didn’t fare all that well with critics.
GeekWire reports that AirTight has now closed the doors of its Redmond studio after ten years in the business.
The site adds that it visited the AirTight office this week to find all of its equipment being sold off at a discount along with a sign confirming that the company is closing. Inside, the team found empty desks, computing equipment and several E3 awards.
Here’s their photo of the office:
At the time of writing, no official statement has been posted by the AirTight board, but we will update this piece as new developments transpire.
