The Australian ratings board says Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 is a thing

Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 has popped up on the Australian Classification Board, which should excite the over 1 million of you who downloaded the game as of March 2012.

Listed as a multiplatform title, this means the game will likely hit both Xbox One and Xbox 360 at some point.T

Montreal-based Hibernum Creations, the studio who brought you mobile puzzler Globlins and some of the art in the Freedom Cry DLC for Assassin’s Creed 4, are listed as the developer.

Halfbrick Studios, the original creator, is listed as publisher.

Now that the fruit’s out of the bag so to speak, we expect an official announcement sooner rather than later.
