The Pokemon Company’s started releasing footage of the Pokemon US National Championships. This is how children battle.

The video shows the 2014 Junior Championship final, featuring Cory Connor and Miranda Burrows.

This is hardcore stuff. You wouldn’t be beating either of these two in a hurry. Unless you did it physically, obviously, in which case you’d probably win because you’re an adult and they’re not.

Pokemon is going to get a serious kick later this year with the release of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
