North Americans having issues getting into the The Crew beta on PlayStation 4 will be pleased to know Ubisoft is working on a solution for you.
Users report that when entering their beta key, an error message pops up stating the key is invalid.
Ubisoft Support hasn’t provided a reason for the snag, but said the issue has been “reported to the relevant teams” and is “actively working with Sony America” on a solution.
The closed beta started yesterday, September 30 on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The Crew releases on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 11. It is also coming to Xbox 360 but not PS3.
