Notch’s newly-acquired $70 million mansion has been recreated in Minecraft.
Markus “Notch” Persson’s mega mansion has been recreated in his game, Minecraft, by modder Dan Bovey. The creator is working on a downloadable version of the mod that will appear on his Planet Minecraft page.
In the meantime you can watch the video below and marvel at his attention to detail. He even included a picture-in-picture comparison of the real thing.
Perhaps there is some irony in there that I can’t quite put my finger on.
