Wondering if the money you plop down every year for a PlayStation Plus subscription is a good value for the money? Push Square has the answer for you.
The site complied a list of monthly offerings through the PS Plus service over 2014, and when all was said and done, subscribers were handed $1,349.29 worth games in North America and £960.64 in Europe for their $50/£40 annual subscription.
Push Square said the annual value averaged to around $112.44/£81.72 worth of games per month.
While not all offerings were AAA titles, the site averaged Metacritic numbers and found the monthly average rating was 79 in North America and 78 in Europe.
The monetary figure representing free games didn’t take into account the number of discounts subscribers get on a weekly and monthly basis either, so you can add that to the overall value of the service as well.
You should head over to the site and have a look at the monthly breakdown.
