Ouya is still up for sale, according to a new report from Fortune.
Rumors the company was in talks with potential buyers first surfaced in September 2014.
Fortune (via Polygon) said it obtained the new information via a confidential email from company CEO Julie Uhrman.
According to the email, Uhrman hopes the company will be sold by the end of April, and that it’s “trying to recover as much investor capital as possible,” with investment bank Mesa Global handling the sale.
The Android console was one of the first Kickstarter success stories and raised $8.5 million.
