Alien: Isolation has sold over 2 million copies.
Alien: Isolation has a reached a new sales milestone, according to Sega’s earnings report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015. The publisher announced the game has sold 2.1 million copies. It did not indicate however if these were shipped to retailers or sold through to consumers.
Sega announced back in February that Isolation had shipped 1.76 million units. This makes Isolation the best-selling game in Sega’s fiscal year. The second place belongs to Football Manager 2015, which sold 810.000 units.
Developer Creative Assembly did not officially announce a sequel, but recent job postings point towards a new AAA console and PC game in the works at the studio.
