Retailers in the United Arab Emirates began selling The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt over the weekend – well ahead of the official May 19 date.
Streams of the game were swiftly removed from Twitch, although sites such as vgleaks still have footage of the game at the time of writing. Don’t watch them if you want to avoid spoilers.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is not allowed for broadcasting until May 19, 2015. Broadcasting before this date is subject to DMCA guidelines.

Although the game is primarily played offline, anyone getting the game early won’t be able to apply the day one patch, which will make the game a smoother experience according to developer CD Projekt.
