When Microsoft launches Rare Replay in August, it will come with 10,000 Gamerscore. Unless you’ve played some of these games before.
Rare’s James Thomas said in an interview with Rare Gamer that while the collection will indeed have 10,000 Gamerscore, this number includes games you’ve played on Xbox 360.
“So the 360 games are as they currently are on the 360, nothing added or taken away. The benefit of this is that you get to use your existing Achievements to get a head start in unlocking the bonus content within Rare Replay,” he said.
“Now some swift maths should then give you a hint as to how much Gamerscore is within the remaining games and it’s fair to say we’ve pushed the boat out on that one and broken normal conventions.”
Which – according to TrueAchievements – is 2,780 Gamerscore from 150 new achievements.
Another great feature is that saves carry over from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, provided you’ve played some of these games there of course.
Rare Replay is out August 4 on Xbox One, priced $30.
Thanks, Polygon.
