The latest free DLC content for The Witcher 3 has dropped and it contains the following:

Triss Alternative Costume – self explanatory
New Quest – Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear – Embark on an epic treasure hunt and get your hands on a long-lost elite set of Wolf School Witcher gear.

Grab it through Steam or through the free DLC program on GOG or if you play on consoles, hit up the respective digital store.
