Warhammer: End Times latest character is the Poison Wind Globdier

By Stephany Nunneley

Those who dare take on the Skaven army should be wary of Clan Skryre’s most infamous unit which has appeared on the battlefield: the Poison Wind Globadier.

Wearing gas masks to protect themselves from the clouds of noxious green gas lingering above their formations, these enemies in Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide also have a ticking bomb strapped to their backs filled with “combustible warp-gas”.

Those who cause heavy damage to the Globadier will notice the enemy goes into a sudden frenzy as its “apparatus has been breached and becomes unstable.” The Globadier will then charge the players in a suicidal attempt to take them out. If they don’t manage to kill it in time, the Globadier and his equipment will explode – and that’s not a very good thing.

The units also carry globes filed with toxic fumes which not only damage those nearby – even its own Clanrats – it also dazes those caught in the resulting cloud.

Tips, tricks and trivia for how to kill the Poison Wind Globadier are posted on the official website.

Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide is a four player co-op FPS in the works at Fatshark Games. It’s coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.
