Gamescom 2015: FIFA 16 Xbox One bundles come in 1TB or 500GB, demo out first on Xbox

By Stephany Nunneley

During the Microsoft gamescom 2015 press conference today, EA Sports announced new FIFA 16 bundles for Xbox One as well as a demo for the football title.

The FIFA 16 demo will be made available first through the EA Access service, which is console exclusive to Xbox One. We’re still trying to find the date on the demo, so hold tight.

As far as the bundles are concerned, those interested in the 1TB or 500GB Xbox One bundle can pre-order either today starting at the “special price” of €369/£319/$399, depending on which bundle is chosen.

Each bundle includes an Xbox One wireless controller and a downloadable copy of FIFA 16, along with three Xbox-exclusive FIFA Ultimate Team Loan Legends. As previously announced, FIFA Ultimate Team Legends will be exclusive to Xbox, just like with FIFA 15, but you knew that already.

Those who purchase the 500GB bundle will get a full year of EA Access and the 1TB bundle comes with a headset along with the one-year EA Access membership.

The game will be made available through EA Access on Xbox One September 17, five full days before it launches on other platforms.

FIFA 16 will be released September 22 in North America and September 25 in the UK on PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox 360.
