Head back to Mother Base and infiltrate the platform captured by the enemy commander.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain – Retake the Platform Mission Objectives

  • Eliminate the enemy commander

This mission can be started during episode 21 and once it’s complete, you’ll be able to construct Forward Operating Bases.

Eliminate the enemy commander

The enemy commander is swanning around at the top of the captured platform. Spot him with your int-scope and pick him off with a sniper rifle.

Alternatively, you can get in closer to extract him. You’ll need to sneak past a number of guards that can’t be marked from afar.

Some of your own soldiers have been take hostage, so take care not to alert the enemy or they’ll kill them off.
