Allison Road, the survival horror experience with a Silent Hill vibe, has 10 days left to meet its $388,281 Kickstarter goal. The announcement of being able to go outside may help you decide whether or not you want to throw money at it.
According to the Kickstarter update, a look at what lies beyond the confines of the house was provided.
“The story really lends itself to a setting a lot bigger than simply the house, so we tried to come up with something that really is in stark contrast to the claustrophobia you will feel when you are inside,” reads the update.
“When you are in the house, all you want to do is get out. When you are out, all you want to do is to get back to the ‘safety’ of the house.”
Sounds creepy. The update also directs you to some information posted by IGN.
Through the link, it talks about how scary forests are at night due to the “uncanny shapes and sounds all around you,” and how the team plans to mess with the player’s mind with audio and visual queues.
So far, 4,262 backers have pledged $216,938 to the Lilith Ltd PC title.
