Ghost Recon: Wildlands offers open beta players the chance to explore Montoyuc, a region not available in previous tests.
That’s where Shabana is headed in today’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands adventures. Hopefully she’ll have less trouble connecting to other plays this time; unfortunately the Ghost Recon: Wildlands open beta has had its share of issues.
Well, that’s what betas are for, isn’t it. Ideally Ubisoft will get these issues sorted out before Ghost Recon: Wildlands releases next week on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Ubisoft has already made a bunch of changes and fixes to Ghost Recon: Wildlands since closed beta, and if you’re keen on the full game it’s worth checking back in even if you did play the first test. Open beta participation unlocks a new level in Ghost Recon: Wildlands at release, see. If you can’t get online at least unlock bonuses playing with the Ghost Recon: Wildlands interactive map, hey.
So how are you finding Ghost Recon: Wildlands? Early on it looked a lot like The Division, but in the, uh, wild lands – but from what I’ve seen it seems more like a straight up co-op optional tactical squad action game in the Ghost Recon style, but with a boatload of open world stuff. Is that a fair assessment?
