Rime reviews have landed – get all the scores here

The reviews for Tequila Works’ Rime are popping up, and we’ve rounded up all the scores from those who spent time with it.

The long-awaited adventure title Rime releases tomorrow,  May 26 digitally and at retail.

Announced at gamescom 2013 as a PS4 exclusive backed by Sony, news on the game went dark until August 2016.

The developer announced at that time Rime had gone multi-platform with a new publisher, Grey Box. Surely the news pleased  Xbox boss Phil Spencer who said in 2014 that he regretted passing on the game.

Alex was able to get his hands on the game earlier this year, and was pretty impressed with it.

We’ve posted our review of the game, with James O’Connor saying it “absolutely kicked his arse” on an emotional level.

Again, Rime will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One come tomorrow. It will release on Switch during summer.

If you plan on picking it up for PC, you have until release to take 10% off the purchase price on both Steam and the Humble Store.

All reviews scores posted below are based on ten being the highest unless noted. Site which don’t provide review scores are listed separately.

Eurogamer – “This game has it all, really. It has a sense of wonder, of poise and, over time, a true sense of emerging character.”
