Dissidia Final Fantasy NT officially announced for PS4

Following a leak earlier today, Square Enix has now officially announced Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.

After Amazon spoiled the surprise a couple of hours ago, Square Enix has now officially unveiled Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, the console version of the previously arcade-only off-shoot.

Due for release on PS4 in early 2018, the game is co-developed by Ninja Gaiden, and Nioh creators Team Ninja. Square promises over 20 characters and summons, including Shiva, Odin, and Ifrit.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is a brawler with combat that brings a mix of strategy and action in 3v3 battles, a system called “bravery.” Alongside the announcement, Square Enix also released some early screenshots and the first trailer.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is out on PS4 in early 2018.
