Those attending gamescom 2017 will be able to get hands-on time with upcoming releases from Ubisoft.
Ubisoft has announced its line-up for gamescom 2017 and there will be seven games for attendees to try out.
Those wanting a taste of Assassin’s Creed: Origins before it releases on October 27 will get their chance to try the next entry in the series out first-hand. Same with Far Cry 5 and the firm’s Switch title Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.
October’s South Park: The Fractured But Whole will also be playable, as well as The Crew 2 which is slated for early 2018.
Anyone who plays games at the Ubisoft booth will receive exclusive in-game rewards for some Ubisoft titles, and have the opportunity to spend time in the Ubisoft Lounge or meet and greets, demos and game discussions.
Attendees will also be able to compete against one another in For Honor and Rainbow Six Siege. Speaking of the latter, the Rainbow Six Pro League Season 2 Finals will be held at the Alpha Stage ESL Arena in Hall 9, with semi-finals taking place that Friday, August 25.
The Season 2 finals will take place on Saturday, August 26 with broadcasts starting at 8:45am BST.
Fan activities such as stage performances for Just Dance 2018 and exclusive presentations, news, demos, trailers and giveaways will also take place at the Ubisoft booth.
Finally, the company will also invite 15 Star Players, chosen from Ubisoft Club members, to enjoy a “VIP experience” and the chance to meet and greet Ubisoft developers.
The annual gamescom event takes place in Cologne and is open to the public Wednesday, August 23 through Saturday, 26.
