Monster Hunter World: first look at character creation, flagship monster gameplay , giant Elder Dragon, more

New Monster Hunter World information continues to drop out of TGS 2017 and we’re here to recap everything you may have missed so far this week.

Sony’s pre-TGS 2017 livestream may have shown off a Monster Hunter World a trailer, and dropped a  January 26 release date, but there was plenty more information made available on day one of the show, and we’re here to recap the biggest bits for you.

Not only was the Coral Highlands map shown earlier this week, but we also got our first look at character and Palico creation, a name for the giant Elder Dragon, some gameplay of the new flagship monster Nergigante and more on TGS 2017 day-one.

Along with the aforementioned, Arekkz goes into plenty of detail on everything revealed so far this week, but as TGS 2017 wears on, we expect more info on Monster Hunter World to drop.

Monster Hunter World is out January 26 on PS4, and Xbox One. The PC version does not yet have a release date.
