On the eve of the release of Destiny 2, here’s a nice little tribute to the original game.
Destiny 2’s Homecoming mission kicks off the single-player campaign in style, nuking The Tower and seeing our Guardian kicked and beaten by new villain Ghaul and his Red Legion.
It’s a great opening piece, and one you’ll have experienced if you took part in the recent beta on PC or console.
But the opening cutscene for Homecoming is actually built around the first mission of vanilla Destiny, released three years ago.
