Destiny 2 hits PC very, very soon. Here’s what you’ll need under the hood.
The final Destiny 2 system requirements have been released in advance of the PC version’s release later this month.
Bungie has provided both minimum and recommended specs as you’d expect. While we expect the gorgeous shooter to be extra special at the upper end, since Destiny 2 supports 4K at 60fps, the beta showed us that Destiny 2 scales really well on lower-end PCs – so you can get very good results out of a cheaper rig.
Probably the most eyebrow raising part of Destiny 2’s system requirements is the 68 GB storage required to install the base game. That’s not that big a deal in this era of whopping file sizes, but some of you may need to do a little drive tidying to pack it in there.
Anyway, here’s the full dealio on PC specs for Destiny 2:

Destiny 2 recommended PC system requirements
Destiny 2 releases on PC on October 24. It is currently available on PS4 and Xbox One, and has been updated near constantly with events and features since release in early September. We’ve spent plenty of time with it and have stacks of resources ready for PC players in our Destiny 2 guide.
We expect the first Destiny 2 DLC to hit consoles in December, but aren’t sure on PC timing yet.
