Overwatch now has 35 million players on all platforms.
Overwatch developer Blizzard announced the milestone today, thanking fans for grouping up with the team. As ever, Blizzard did not detail or break down the figure.
What a bunch of misfits and freaks we got here—we love it!

Since it launched in May, 2016, the Overwatch player base has been steadily climbing. From 7 million players at launch, to 10 million shortly after the growth was steady. In April, Blizzard revealed that the game has over 30 million players.
Player numbers commonly refer to unique users, and do not necessarily represent individual sales. Needless to say, Overwatch is a big game on all platforms. It was even the fastest franchise for Activision Blizzard to reach billion dollar status.
The game’s latest event, Halloween’s Junkenstein’s Revenge recently launched. The even remains available until November 1.
