This is some rather great news for Titan Quest: Anniversary players.
An expansion has been released for Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition, 11 years after the original game’s release.
Titled Ragnarok, this is the second expansion to be released for Titan Quest. The first was Immortal Throne which arrived nine months post release in 2007.
Here’s the synopsis for the expansion:
“A mysterious threat calls the heroes of Hades to the uncharted lands of northern Europe, where new enemies await and new powers and treasures are waiting to be found.”
Looking over the Ragnarok features list, you’ll note the expansion adds not only new quest content, but new weapon types and a 10th Mastery for characters to learn.

In August of last year, THQ Nordic announced Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition would be made available as a free upgrade to those who own Titan Quest, Titan Quest: Immortal Throne or Titan Quest: Gold.
Titan Quest: Ragnarok will run you $14.99 until November 24 as part of a 25% off special promotion. After which, it will set you back $19.99.
Additionally, you ca pick up Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition for just $3.99 until November 22. Personally, I highly recommend that you do, especially for that price.
Titan Quest even made it on our The 50 Best RPGs list, coming in at #30. Yup. I’m the one that insisted it be put on the list, so if you want to argue with anyone about it, I’m your huckleberry.
Titan Quest: Anniversary Edition contains both Titan Quest and Titan Quest: Immortal Throne, each completely reworked in terms of multiplayer, stability, performance, balancing, AI and more.
