We’re not sure why, but there’s currently a nice big sale on the Xbox Store on a wide range of titles.
Microsoft did not announce the sale prior to it going live, but Xbox users noticed multiple big games are discounted through the store. The sale appears to be valid until Monday, so we’re guessing it has something to do with the Game Awards show later tonight.
Typically, Xbox, PlayStation, and even Steam all host sales that coincide with the ceremony. You’ll usually find nominated games on sale, but these Xbox bargains include many more titles.
Since there’s no official announcement, we don’t have the full list of everything included. We do know that discounts are very similar to the most recent Black Friday sale, though in some cases you’ll find more editions of some games discounted compared to what we saw in Black Friday, such as the case with Call of Duty: WW2.
If you’re in the US, the Microsoft store is hosting its 12 Days of Deals yearly promotion. The discounts are even deeper, though these are all physical versions. Deals change daily, but it’s worth checking out today’s deals.
