Rock Band gets indie with The Fratellis DLC

Harmonix announced today that Scottish indie rockers The Fratellis are heading to the Rock Band music store with Creepin Up the Backstairs, Flathead, and Henrietta – all from 2006 debut album Costello Music.

Not sure what the cost will be, but most likely the usual 180 MS Points each and 440 points for the track pack on Xbox 360, and the usual prices for PS3 version as well.

You can expect these tracks to land February 10 and 11 for XBL and PSN respectively.

Cambridge, Mass. – February 6, 2009 – Harmonix and MTV Games announced today that Scottish alternative rock band The Fratellis will make its Rock Band debut with the addition of three tracks to the Rock Band® Music Store catalog of downloadable content.

The 3-pack setlist includes “Creepin Up the Backstairs,” “Flathead,” and “Henrietta,” all featured on the band’s 2006 debut album Costello Music. The Glasgow-based indie rock trio has garnered several awards including the 2007 BRIT Award for Best British Breakthrough Act.
