Star Wars: Commander downloaded 5M times, Dark Side is most popular

Disney’s a new free-to-play strategy game, Star Wars: Commander, has been downloaded 5 million times in three weeks.

You folks really like Star Wars, eh?

The game launched on iOS back in August, and according to Disney’s figures, 53% of Americas play for the Empire as do 50% of those in the UK.

The world average for the Dark Side is 52% compared to 48% playing for the Rebel Alliance. Yes, the Dark Side is extremely popular. Probably because they have cookies.
